1. Services

We provide custom writing and design services — CVs, cover letters, performance reports, annual summaries, speeches and presentation design — as described on this website and in each individual quote.

2. Quotes and payment

Every project begins with a fixed written quote in euros. Work starts on your confirmation. Payment is due by bank transfer or card as stated on the quote; larger projects may be split 50/50 between start and delivery.

3. Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Timelines run from receipt of a complete brief and your materials. Delivery dates are working-day estimates, made in good faith.

4. Your materials

You confirm that materials you provide are yours to share and do not infringe third-party rights. We treat your materials as confidential and use them only to deliver your project.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive the final deliverables with unlimited usage rights. We retain the right to reference non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Liability

We provide services with professional care. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the registered seat of Learning Academy Hub (CH-13855725) as the place of jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
