2. What data we collect

When you contact us through our form or by email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your brief. If you become a client, we process the documents and source materials you send us for the purpose of delivering our services.

3. Why we process it

We process your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver commissioned work and keep business records required by law. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in running the studio (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Sharing and retention

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the studio (for example, email and file storage), under appropriate safeguards. Client project materials are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 24 months of final delivery unless you ask us otherwise.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. 6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small professional studio, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and minimal retention.
